You have probably heard that we need to submit an affidavit to court to say why each affidavit submitted after the case started should be admitted. We think they will be admitted. However, it means that anyone’s story that is not yet submitted must be submitted soon!

The Banking Law Advisor team don t charge you anything to do this (the class action is on a contingency fee basis which means that the legal team may receive 25% of the final proceeds up to a maximum of double normal fees- which means they have been working for nothing on this for a long
time, because they believe in it. This means that they do not have the resources to respond to mails and calls from people who might benefit from the class action (there are an estimated 100,000 people). What we can do is add you to the class action mailing list so you get updates.
